Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Fully Remote | Perm | Global Consultancy

Senior MLE up to $6500 (B2B)

Lead MLE up to $8,000 Plus 10% bonus (B2B)

I'm partnered with a AI consultancy and solutions provider that blends stability with a startup-like culture. They are recognised by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions in specific business domains, driven by sophisticated IT service management and tech innovation.

Requirements

- Hands-on production experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems
- Proven track record solving classification and regression problems with strong feature engineering skills
- Real-world implementation experience in at least one of: NLP, LLMs, or Recommendation engines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to build well-structured, production-grade modules beyond notebook scripts
- Expert-level Python proficiency and Docker containerisation experience

Nice to have:

- Experience with AWS services (e.g. Amazon SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, AWS Lambda)..
- Hands-on experience with Spark/Dask, Great Expectations.
