Esta oportunidad es para ti

Buscamos un/a Engineering Project Manager para gestionar proyectos estratégicos en una multinacional farmacéutica, asegurando la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras que optimicen procesos, garanticen la calidad del producto y cumplan con los estándares globales.

- Gestionar proyectos de ingeniería incluyendo equipos y obras civiles.

- Desarrollar e implementar tecnología de producción, aplicando principios Lean y mejora continua.

- Optimizar el diseño higiénico y la ergonomía en equipos de producción.

- Identificar y negociar con proveedores estratégicos de equipos y servicios.

- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares en entornos internacionales y matriciales.

- Garantizar estándares de calidad, seguridad y trazabilidad en todas las fases del proyecto.

- Formación: Ingeniería, Química o similar (Máster valorable).

- Idiomas: Español e inglés.

- Experiencia: +5 años en planta farmacéutica (preferible sólidos/semisólidos).

- Disponibilidad: Viajes ocasionales.
