Job Offer: Architect with Revit Experience for execution design – Madrid

We are looking for you

Our Spanish office in Madrid of a German architectural group, based in Munich, is looking for an Architect with experience in design and planning (also in execution plans M1:50/ 1:5) in REVIT.

The studio specializes in the design and development of commercial and industrial buildings, mainly for the automotive sector (dealerships, etc.) in the design- and permit planning, execution- and detail planning.

Our Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in creating execution plans using Revit and their construction details at a 1:10 scale and more detailed.
- Proficient in 3D Revit modelling and 2D drawing of 1:10 details.
- Experience in industrial and commercial building projects.
- Ability to work autonomously, creating plans at a 1:100 scale for building permits and, mainly, execution plans with complex construction details at 1:10.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate.

Oferta de Empleo: Arquitecto/a con experiencia de dibujo de proyectos de ejecución en Revit – Madrid

La sede en España de un estudio de arquitectura alemán, con sede principal en Múnich, está en la búsqueda de un/a Arquitecto/a con experiencia en dibujo en Revit de proyectos de ejecución (planos M1:50/ 1:5) de naves comerciales e industriales.

El estudio se especializa en el diseño y desarrollo de naves comerciales e industriales, principalmente para el sector automovilístico (after-sales, concesionarios, entre otros) en las fases de Anteproyecto, Básico y Proyecto de Ejecución.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en dibujo de proyectos de ejecución en Revit y sus detalles constructivos a escala plans M1:50/ 1:5.
- Dominio de modelado 3D Revit y dibujo 2D de Detalles 1.10.
- Experiencia en proyectos de edificios industriales y comerciales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, elaborando planos a escala 1:100 para licencias de construcción y, principalmente, planos de ejecución con detalles constructivos complejos a 1:10.
- Nivel fluido de ingles (alemán es un plus, pero no obligatorio).
- Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para trasladarse.
