At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Project Documentation Intern to join our Greenfield & Operation Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:
- Assist in organizing, classifying, and archiving project documentation, including technical documents, contracts and correspondence, etc.
- Maintain project document registers and filling systems in accordance with the company and project requirements.
- Assist in updating document lists
- Coordinate with project engineers and other team members to collect and file project- related documents.
- Support preparation of documentation packages for audits, internal reviews, etc.
- Perform other documentation and administrative tasks as required by the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline; equivalent work experience will be also considered.
- Chinese Mother-tongue ; Business fluency in written and spoken English ; Fluent Spanish preferred
Other Valuable Requirements:
- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A great sense of teamwork and ability to maintain fluid communication with colleagues.
- Autonomous and self-starting individual who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.
- Proactive with optimal organization. Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills.
