🧠 What you’ll drive

- Set the quality bar for Data Science deliverables and mentor the team.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI tools with clear business impact.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, aligning solutions with strategic objectives.

✅ You might be a fit if you have

- A PhD in Data/Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years in DS/AI with a track record leading high-impact projects and teams.
- Experience establishing QA frameworks and governance for DS initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong consultancy and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced proficiency across ML/optimisation/simulation/deep learning/GenAI.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
