Role

Full Time Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy. You will join the home team base and work across a variety of industries such as the following:

· Financial Services (FS)

· Deals/Private Equity

· Consumer and Industrial Products and Services (CIPS)

· Energy, Chemicals and Utilities

· Engineered Product Services (Aerospace & Defense; Automotive, Transportation & Industrials)

· Operations

· Organization Change & Leadership

· Health and Pharma

· Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment (TICE)

Qualifications and capabilities

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful candidates, including:

· Flexible, powerful intellect

· IQ/EQ balance and relationship skills that enable effectiveness with clients and growth into senior roles

Successful candidates will also typically possess the following qualifications:

· 3-6 years of relevant work experience from strategy consultancy, showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement

· Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills

· Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills

Legal work authorization, fluency in English as well as Spanish are required
