Optometrist – Commercial & Clinical Support (IOLs)

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, EU

Voptica is looking for an optometrist with a strong commercial orientation and experience in IOLs or premium ophthalmic devices to support the growth of our intraocular lens portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Support commercial activities with surgeons, optometrists, and distributors
- Deliver clinical and product trainings (IOLs, calculations, positioning)
- Provide pre- and post-op clinical support and IOL calculations
- Participate in congresses, customer meetings, and market development activities
- Act as a bridge between clinical knowledge and commercial strategy

Profile

- Degree in Optometry (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a commercial role in IOLs, refractive or surgical ophthalmology devices
- Proactive attitude as a fundamental soft skill.
- Commercial mindset with customer-facing experience
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel
