**Mission and Objectives**:
Oxygen CARE team aims to work closely with employees and managers to ensure they have the best experience within Oxygen platform.

Its mission is to achieve a good level of Communication, providing the Assistance to all staff, ensure to provide a good network and opportunities to everyone in Oxygen by Retaining people and Oxygen CARE team is here to Engage with everyone.

The Senior Officer will be the Fronting Layer of the Oxygen CARE team, who will coordinate the requests from upper management and HR topics related to the Officer layer of the team. Within this role, the Senior Officer will manage all requests face to face with management for any topic related to training, recruitment, communication, event’s planning and any other topic that Oxygen CARE can support.

Any support to the team on BAU activity will also be required, related to the actions pending to close on Oxygen CARE scope.

**Main responsibilities**:
Main activities of Senior Officer will include:

- Manage meetings with management with a clear agenda and minutes on all topics related to HC, recruitment, mobility, training, Sharepoint updates, events planning and any other administrative request linked to CARE services;
- Manage the open “actions to do” with the remaining team members with a good tracking on target deadlines and impact in the daily life of the teams;
- Support the team on managing training requests to HR and organizing the internal trainings within the Oxygen platform;
- Support on the onboarding process of all new joiners and follow-up on their feedback within the department;
- Manage the mobility process implementation within the platform, allowing an easy tracking of people in mobility and open positions to be covered;
- Support on all Sharepoint communications requests and participate on communities within the platform.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Training and occupational experience**:

- Educational background: University degree;
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical architecture roles in complex business environments;
- Experience on multinational environment within support and administrative tasks;
- Having some previous experience in Finance is a plus;
- Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated.

**Essential specific requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Solid understanding of communications dynamics with the ability to synthesize field requirements and corporate resources to help implement a content and communications strategy.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, training, presentation and public speaking.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to research and quickly assimilate relevant new technologies, concepts, architectures and features is essential.
