At Danfoss Power-Electronics and Drives segment, we are looking for a Sales Engineer.
This position is based in Valencia, SP.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and grow the business
- Develop the distribution network
- Work together with the BDM´s to grow core industries
- Implement strategy and action plans
**Background & Skills**:
- +5 years experience in B2B sales in the industry
- Ability to perform in matrix organizations
- Experience in sales both through distribution network as well as direct sales
- Engineering degree is a plus
- English is important
- Motivation to take ownership and grow business
- Hunting skills
- Team player
- Willing to travel +50% of his/her time
