Re&fm Facility Supervisor Daimiel

Real Estate & Facility Management supports Vestas on a global basis in the areas of facility projects, management and real estate. The main goal is to make Vestas business units safe and efficient both ensuring the highest standards of the real estate assets and an great collaboration with local providers.

**Responsibilities**
Daimiel Blades Factory.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:

- Facility Services planning and coordination: maintenance, janitorial, security, business support, energy management, interaction with other functions and vendors
- Project Management: Support production projects, supervise/support construction projects and coordinate small projects related with facilities
- Vestas policies compliance: HSE, Security, Finance
- Control & Admin: Prepare and control facility budgets, carry out administrative activities related with RE&FM area of responsibility (purchase orders, vendors´ invoices, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Technical degree: Engineering, Architect or similar.
- Experience carrying out similar activities, specially in industrial sites. Facility services, Real Estate and Project management
- Spanish native/bilingual and fluent English are mandatory.
- MS Office software, especially Excel. SAP will be valued
- Budget, tender and contracts knowledge
