**Tech Transfer Executive **to join its innovation and entrepreneurship area.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic team working on diverse projects related to digital technologies. Therefore, you must be passionate about digital innovation and its role in the creation of new companies or the transformation it sparks in existing ones.
**Job description**:
Reporting to the program director, your main functions will be:
- Assisting the venture builder’s scouting of scientific projects to be incubated and accelerated, including outreach to research institutions and admission process.
- Coordinating innovation and training programs with technology transfer offices, researchers and technicians from universities and research centers.
- Nurturing the scientific and institutional ecosystem around the programme with tailor-made events both locally and internationally.
- Co-owner of the venture builder strategy, designing and execution of each edition, enabling a continuous improvement and expansion of the program.
- Establishment and monitoring of performance KPIs, with a global vision in terms of program and participant progress, enabling smooth and effective decision-making.
- Active management of external third parties, mostly clients and suppliers. This encompasses the planning, reporting and identification of financial deviations and definition of specific plans to minimize them.
- Active management and communication with internal parties, mostly program participants and in-house staff, encompassing other relevant MWCapital departments.
- Ensure the correct implementation of each service, resolution of day-to-day challenges, and secure a smooth and seamless experience for participants.

**Experience and skills required**:
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree fostering an operational and relational skillset.
- Minimum experience of 3 years or more in close relationship with public research centres and/or venture building programmes.
- A strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic planning into the deployment of actions.
- Desirable experience in start-ups with small teams developing multiple functions in different areas.
- Knowledge of the technology sector either via corporate work or training experience.
- Oriented towards action and results, very capable of working autonomously and proactively.
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English, both verbal and written, and ability for public speaking.
- Supplier management and coordination capacity.
- Experience coordinating work between internal and external teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels; team player and experienced in people management.
- Knowledge of MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and similar).
