Taken

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Travel Agent zijn**:

- Klanten face-to-face ter plaatse adviseren bij wisselende werkplekken.
- Het verkopen van producten en diensten op basis van de behoeften van de gasten.
- Het organiseren en coördineren van individuele reisplannen.
- Gasten ondersteunen bij boekingsproblemen (wijzigen, annuleren of nieuwe reserveringen maken).
- Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid.

Vereisten

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:
Het bedrijf werft op soft skills, ongeacht je professionele ervaring - ze zullen je trainen op elk aspect van de baan.
- Moedertaalniveau van Nederlands en B2+niveau van Engels
- Bij voorkeur ook een B2 niveau van Frans
- Bereidheid om te reizen, nieuwe culturen te ervaren en met internationale mensen te werken
- Passie voor de toeristische sector
- Kennis van de waarde en impact die een goede klantervaring kan creëren
- Een aandachtige luisteraar zijn, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen en het oplossen van individuele problemen
- Bereidheid om naar verschillende locaties te verhuizen

**Er zijn 2 soorten werkstructuren waaruit u kunt kiezen**:
**1. Op afstand**: Jouw eerste verhuizing is (bij voorkeur) naar Turkije. Daarna mag je elke 6 maanden kiezen waar je heen wilt, voor max. 2 jaar. De locaties die je kunt kiezen zijn wereldwijd. Er zal voor accommodatie worden gezorgd. Vergoeding van de reiskosten en visa. Privé zorgverzekering.

**2. Lokaal in Spanje**: Werken aan de Costa Brava of Costa Dorada. Het hebben van eigen accommodatie is vereist.
- Werktijden: fulltime, flexibel
- Salaris voor Remote: ongeveer € 750 netto + bonussen voor elk land. Voor Spanje: vanaf € 17,4k bruto/jaarlijks + bonussen
- Bedrijfs-iPad + uniform
- Alle trainingsdagen betaald + gratis toegang tot Learning Hub, Skills Academy & Taallessen
- Werken in een internationaal, multinationaal team

**Jouw toekomstige bedrijf**:
Een van 's werelds bekendste reisbureaus die gevestigd zijn in verschillende landen wereldwijd en diensten verlenen in alle aspecten van het toerisme. Ze ondersteunen je om de eisen van de baan, de platforms en kanalen die ze gebruiken en alles over hun diensten en producten te leren.
