- En línea con la estrategia comercial de la compañía, tu objetivo como delegado de ventas será crear e implementar un Plan de Negocio en tu territorio que asegure una cobertura adecuada de las necesidades del cliente así como la consecución de los objetivos establecidos. Para garantizar el éxito, trabajarás en colaboración con los representantes de otras líneas, así como con los equipos trasversales (Médico, Marketing, Acceso )- Entre las principales funciones a desarrollar encontrarás:
- Desarrollar un sólido entendimiento de las necesidades del negocio, del cliente y de nuestros pacientes con el objetivo de identificar oportunidades y adaptar planes de acción basados en los datos y la evidencia.
- Gestionar el porfolio de los productos correspondiente, consiguiendo resultados adecuados a las necesidades de cada cliente y maximizando cada producto.
- Maximizar la efectividad y productividad de todos los canales disponibles (omnicanalidad), para promover los productos de Novo Nordisk, garantizando una buena experiência de los clientes.
- Posicionarse como partner de tus clientes a través de un fuerte conocimiento de tu territorio, productos y mercado.
- Analizar ventas, situación del mercado y las diferentes actividades de la industria.
- Organizar eventos y patrocinios territoriales, así como representar a Novo Nordisk en congresos y eventos regionales, nacionales e internacionales.

**Requisitos**
- Al menos **2 años de experiência** en ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica y en el territorio asignado. Es necesario aportar experiência y conocimiento reciente demostrable en **Endocrinología y/o Nefrología** incluyendo contacto con los principales líderes de opinión y sociedades científicas.
- Se valorará muy positivamente experiência previa en el **área cardiometabólica** (Diabetes, Obesidad )
- Resultados demostrables en la consecución de soluciones para los clientes y superación de los objetivos de ventas, así como experiência en la organización y gestión de proyectos de manera cross-funcional.
- Manejo de **herramientas informáticas **(Microsoft 360, CRM, análisis de ventas, etc) y entorno digital.
- Residencia en Cuenca, Albacete (valorable Guadalajara). Carnet de conducir en vigor y disponibilidad para viajar.
- Se valorará positivamente formación universitaria previa en ciencias de la salud.

Esta posición requiere habilidad para comunicar información técnica y científica sobre productos y manejo de enfermedades. Es importante la agilidad y capacidad de adaptación a entornos cambiantes. Además, el trabajo en equipo y la coordinación entre diferentes departamentos es clave de éxito.
