**Tu camino al éxito**
De principio a fin, darás soporte al departamento de Daños y Reclamaciones, en el área de Operaciones, para la correcta ejecución del día a día del equipo, tendrás la oportunidad de procesar, validar y seguir las solicitudes de servicio.
- Comunicación con las partes internas y externas pertinentes de una manera correcta y amigable con la clientela
- Contactar a empresas proveedoras (potenciales) en el área de reparación de daños
- Evaluar las estimaciones para garantizar que los costes estén dentro de los parámetros acordados
- Monitorear y dar seguimiento al trabajo que exceda las fechas de finalización estimadas
- Brindar informes precisos
- Garantizar la finalización del trabajo dentro de los plazos acordados
- Capacidad para trabajar con nuevas tecnologías
- Atención telefónica y telemática de partes de siniestro.
- Gestión de peritaciones y presupuestos

Con tu espíritu de equipo y ambición contribuirás a construir una relación a largo plazo con la clientela y apoyarás a Athlon con nuevos proyectos. Garantizarás una respuesta rápida para todos los temas relacionados con Daños y Reclamaciones de nuestra empresa.

Definitivamente tus habilidades digitales y de creación/redacción de contenidos, tu creatividad, tu proactividad y tu trabajo en equipo. Además, también tendrás:
- FP 1 o FP 2 de Automoción
- FP 2 > Administración + Afición por los coches o conocimiento de ellos por cualquier motivo.
- Titulación Peritación/tasación de seguros de automóvil
