**About the job**
**General job description**
To act as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and pupils with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive ongoing relationships.
Be responsible for providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the teaching team and management team thereby contributing towards the smooth running of the school.
**What will you do?**
- Administration tasks: general administrative activities including communications to staff, generate/distribute documents (e.g.: internal weekly calendar, photocopies, school materials), generate social media contents (Facebook and Instagram) and basic graphic design.
- Other tasks: occasionally you might have to cover a teacher in the event of a sick leave
**What do we need?**
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written in English and Spanish (C1 level minimum)
- A high level of self-organization and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- At least 1 year experience in a similar postition
- Sales and customer oriented profile
