**Job Description**:

- **YOUR MISSION** _
- Support Supply Chain and regional finance to deliver on the transformation programmes and drive a best practice share adoption of the supply chain initiatives portfolio._

** YOUR GOALS**
- Provides operational decision making guidance to improve SC business performance and capital allocation decisions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the SC LT, regional finance, and asset productivity teams.
- Ensure that planning process are reflecting the transformation initiatives accurately.
- Lead the execution of the Global SC initiatives, ensuring financials and all teams involved are aligned (Regional / Global).
- Support the production of standard and ad-hoc Finance reports related to transformation Supply Chain: initiatives, kpi’s, key programs, etc.
- Support the preparation of the Group monthly financial transformation reports. This is the compilation of detailed analysis packs for senior management.

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 5 years Finance experience in a results-driven, metric orientated business environment.
- Experience in translating business ideas into initiatives and financial tracking of those.
- Strong skills in financial modelling for Transformation projects.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and a Global Function.
- Strong analytical, numerical and strategic problem solving skills, including ability to think creatively and to adapt innovative solutions to challenges
- Critical thinker, can anticipate & provide scenarios for different problems
- Relationship builder, excellent communicator and organizer
