**Junior Translation Project Manager - Barcelona (Code** JOT-BCN)**:
We are looking for a junior Project Manager to join the Translation Department. You will work under the supervision of the department coordinator and will be responsible for managing translation and localization projects.
**Main tasks**:
- Manage translation projects and a team of linguists.
- Plan the necessary human and technical resources for the projects assigned to you and estimate the volume of work.
- Coordinate and monitor projects, providing the linguists with the means and information necessary for their optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any problem that might arise during the project and ensure that all tasks in the workflow are carried out within the established deadlines and with the desired quality.
- Maintain continuous contact with clients regarding planning and delivery times.
**What we are looking for**:
- Degree in Translation.
- Excellent level of English.
- Good communication with clients and suppliers.
- Capacity for analysis, problem solving and results orientation.
- We are looking for a dynamic and organized person, who works well in a team and has attention to detail, and who has an interest in management systems and new technologies.
**What we offer**:
- Permanent position with a 40-hour week contract, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid work (50% working-from-home model).
