**Job description**:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute the digital acquisition strategy in the marketing team.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- SEO:

- Implementation of the SEO strategy, in partnership with our SEO agency
- Optimizing the on-site SEO (tagging, performance, internal linking, log analysis), and off-site (net linking) of the corporate website
- Improvement of our SEO positioning, by proposing technical or editorial optimizations in order to constantly position ourselves on new keywords
- SEA:

- Management of online acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn
- Setup, optimization and reporting of the different campaigns
- You will supervise the performance of these campaigns proactively to ensure a controlled overall cost per lead
- Corporate website development
- Own the improvement of our corporate website
- You will be the project owner of the corporate website, in direct contact with our Art Director for design, our IT team for the integration and our marketing team for key messages
- Lead on our marketing automation and digital marketing tools (Hubspot and Sendinblue)
- Update qualified mailing lists
- Create efficient landing pages
- Reporting
- Follow the KPIs of digital marketing: website and blog traffic, SEA and SEO performance, etc.
- Track the KPIs of our conversion rate on the different channel to improve acquisition actions

**YOUR PROFILE**
- French native speaker imperative, you speak English fluently
- You have a first experience in digital marketing, especially SEO and LinkedIn Ads
- You are familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hubspot management is a plus
- You have a good analytical mind and like to closely monitor the performance of actions taken
- French native speaker, you speak English fluently
