Uberall is actively seeking a Junior Legal Counsel with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This temporary role covers maternity leave for 18 months and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our fast-scaling SaaS business. As a valued member of our Global Legal team, you'll have the chance to enhance your commercial knowledge and thrive in a supportive and innovative environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to business contracts and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Represent the company in business negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring that transaction terms comply with regulations and align with the company’s interests.
- Provide support in company compliance, especially with regulations such as GDPR.
- Possesses strong legal research skills, efficiently obtaining and understanding relevant legal information to provide robust support for decision-making.
- Provide operational support to the legal team and create and align processes.

**Your profile**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a qualified commercial lawyer, preferably in SaaS/Tech companies.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous.
- Previous experience or keen interest in legal operations
- Very positive mindset.
- Team player.
