Become a **HR Business Partner** contributing to support the Business Leaders of the functions in the scope, to build and implement the HR Agenda that will enable to reach the business objectives, while delivering the daily HR Processes & Activities that support employee's performance, engagement and recognition. The functions in the scope will be Finance and General Secretary (Corporate Affairs & Legal), and also support to HR function.
**What will be your challenges?**
- You will develop & activate solutions to ensure Functional Capabilities growth (including functional learning).
- You will implement & monitor Talent Development Plans, and Succession Planning strategy & activation
- You will implement all Orga & People Enablers for Business objectives achievements, anticipating Recruitment & Scouting needs.
- You will implement all HR yearly cycles ( Performance Cycle, Talent Cycle, Learning Cycle,....) in their scope.
- You will relay Company Projects / Programs such as Danone People Survey, One Share, etc.
- You will ensure HR Systems Data Quality and support the social agenda within your scope.
About you
For you to succeed in this position, you must be an outstanding communicator, attention to detail, with a strong ability to establish relationships with key partners across different levels and passionate for people. We believe that it is positive to have:
- At least 5 year of experience in HR, with experience as HR Business Partner.
- Used to work in complex environments (international context, big scopes, stakeholders management...).
- Communication skills, impact & influence, and relationships management.
- Stakeholders management (he/she will be the HR spoc with all the levels in the organization).
- Curious, agile learner and resilient; able to work with high level of autonomy as HRBP.
- Willing to work in a "purpose-driven" company, and aligned with our values: Humanism, Openess, Proximity and Enthusiasm.
