**About Us**

**Role Overview**

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be the voice of Avenue across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Your mission will be to create compelling, organic content that resonates with our audience (_primarily_ parents of preschool to primary school kids), write and schedule newsletters, engage with our community, and forge relationships with influencers. You’ll have the freedom to brainstorm, create, and execute campaigns that capture the essence of our brand and engage our followers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality organic content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Newsletter Management: Craft engaging newsletters that keep our community informed and excited about the product (app).
- Social Media Management: Schedule posts, track performance, and optimize content strategy to maximize engagement.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal community.
- Influencer Relations: Identify and establish relationships with influencers that align with our brand values.
- Creative Campaign Development: Ideate and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing and creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and other content creation tools. Show us what you got.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to come up with fresh ideas and brand-relevant campaigns independently.
- Proactive & Intuitive: Self-starter who takes initiative, picks up tasks without being asked, and constantly looks for ways to contribute.
- Feedback-Oriented: Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
