**What Are the Responsibilities of a Stateroom Steward/Ess?**:

Stateroom steward/ess is responsible for:

- Daily cleaning and maintenance of staterooms;
- Cleaning of public areas, toilets, and reception area according to requirements;
- Careful handling of all cleaning products, supplies, and housekeeping equipment;
- Laundry duty including washing, ironing, and folding;
- Welcoming and escorting guests to their staterooms;
- Other assignments as required by the superiors;
