Your Duties

Successful and completed technical education, a university degree in computer science (optional), or a similar field.
Experience as IT Specialist (M/F) or a comparable one.
Experience in operating system MS Windows 10/ Windows Server.
Several years of related IT Service Desk, or operations experience.
Strong troubleshooting and analyzing skills.
Experience in MS Office Programs.
Basic knowledge in PC-network (LAN).
Basic knowledge with data base systems like MS SQL Server (optional).
Very organized, quality consciousness.
Able to work accurate even under pressure.
Solution orientation.
No past criminal records.
Possess initiative and drive for self-learning and improvement.
Good communication skills - Fluent communication in English.
Self-starter, pro-active and able to work independently and in all levels.
