Job description

We are looking for a passionate IT Technician Assistant with solid knowledge in cybersecurity, hardware and software. The selected person will play a crucial role in our team, supporting various tasks related to user support, development of new technologies, achieving ISO 27001 certification, and more.

The IT Technician Assistant will be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.

**Requirements**:

- Training in Computer Science: Systems, Cybersecurity or related areas.
- Experience in technical support to users, both hardware and software.
- Familiarity with management and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Problem solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English: Level B2

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to internal users, resolving problems related to hardware, software and networks.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies to protect the company's information assets.
- Collaborate in the management and maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring the proper functioning of all computer systems.
- Assist in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification, helping to document processes and ensuring compliance with established requirements.
- Perform monitoring and maintenance tasks of the IT infrastructure to ensure security and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects within the organization.
- Contribute to the education and training of users in good security practices and use of systems.

Positively valued:

- Knowledge in cybersecurity, including threat identification and mitigation.
- Knowledge/experience in programming languages: SQL, Scripting (Powershell and Bash Shell) and Python.
- Knowledge in standards and processes for obtaining ISO 27001 certification.
