Purpose of the job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join HH Global as we on-board, develop and grow, working closely with our client, a well-known food company, to get their approval of our promo projects

The successful quality manager, will be an extremely experienced in European and Local legislation of food contact items, toys and deep knowledge about Non Food Contact promotional items as têxtiles, stationary, electronics,...and about GFSI certifications as BRC, IFS, FSCC22000,....

Capable of managing several projects for top store activations for around 17 stores a month. You will be responsible for managing the creative account manager day to day, who will be responsible for managing all elements of creative workflow such as 3d, technical drawings and artwork. Your time would be split between being onsite in Bury when needed and managing projects through production and onsite when needed at installations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work and develop some amazing creative and execute it to some outstanding windows.

You will be responsible for aprpoval of promo projects all over EU,, within a fast moving promtional environment. You will build a strong relationship with your HH Global Promo Lead, local project managers and client QC managers, ensuring that the items proposed acomplsiht with ligislation and customer expectations / requiremntes

Key Responsibilities:

- Revise mandatory / relevant information of every promo project, checking that is correct and complete
- Define the warnings of the promo items, according to the intended use, test reports and legislation of every promo project
- Perform FMEA and Technical Acceptance document of every promo project
- Revise / discuss projects with local client QC managers to get the approval
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff and train them on QC requirements
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
- Making sure the company team member related to Promotional products and others are working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
- Get customer product and factory approval according the determined standards

**Client Facing**
- Meeting customer QC department to create a standard to approve different product categories, factories, common deviations found and stablish correction plans
- Quarterly reporting and review of activities and projects QC results including
- problems and optimization opportunities
- Manage quality of jobs adhering to client Corporate guidelines
- Proactively manage all communitarian with the client Quality areas throughout and ensure the account teams are advised in writing, of any delays that may impact the time lines of their customer projects
**Communication**

The Account Manager must be aware that, at any time, they will need to communicate to and manage the following aspects of the Adare Business.
- Client Quality managers all over EU
- Promo Lead
- Account Managers/Director
- Merchandisers
- Client Services Director
- Country Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 4 Years of experience in plastic, metallic, ceramic, glass, têxtiles, etc (Products that can be used as promotional items) related environment
- Excellent knowledge of production process of the products that can be used as a promotional products, covering the full spectrum.
- Able to organise and supervise product production passes with factory / Customer Quality, showing ability to add value and take responsibility for end product.
- Organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job.
- Listens customers to identify needs, and checks that their needs have been met.
- Listens vendors to identify needs, and checks the best possibilities of product development/compliance to cover customer needs.
