KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed a technical qualification or degree in automobile engineering/mechanical engineering from a recognized institution (German Tech, City & Guilds, NDT, HNDE etc.)
- Minimum 05 years of work experience in a reputed workshop as technical, supervisory, or managerial levels.
- Must have excellent communicational and technical skills coupled with computer literacy.
- Self-motivated, result oriented individual with good analytical skills.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance based on symptoms for all passenger car models and providing complete customer satisfaction with due regard to relevant quality standards.
- Assess the cause of failure to determine the parts requirement and submit appropriate reports on repairing the unit and the use of spare part.
- Plan and carries out the necessary repairs using standard tools and instruments with allotted time frames.
- Make cost effective use of materials and maintain the highest productivity levels that are aligned with operational KPI’s.
- Communicate with clients to ensure the safe isolation of the vehicle for the duration of the repair and follow all site-specific safe working practices for site repairs.
- Work within all health and safety legislation, ensure all safe work practices are followed.
