Holiday Representative

Vintage Travel, a leading UK holiday company, is seeking a dedicated Holiday Representative to be based in the Vejer de la Frontera area.

Each year thousands of clients travel with us to some of the most beautiful destinations in Europe and we are proud of the excellent reputation and relationships we have built with our clients and villa owners.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual in the Vejer de la Frontera area to help and support our clients whilst they are on holiday. Using your excellent local knowledge, you will assist with any queries they may have and provide them with information about the area so that they can make the most of their time in Andalucía and have a wonderful holiday.

You will visit clients at their holiday homes in the Vejer area and provide telephone support to those staying in some of our other destinations in Andalucía. You will also liaise with property owners and suppliers to ensure that houses are well prepared for the arrival of clients and that any issues that occur are resolved efficiently.

The role will involve approximately 20 hours per week, March - October, and will require some travel to other areas of Andalucía. A full driving licence is essential, applicants must own a car and live within 30 minutes of Vejer de la Frontera.

**The skills we are looking for**:

- A native or bilingual level of English and a good command of spoken and written Spanish
- A genuine passion for your destination and an abundance of local knowledge
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A friendly and helpful telephone manner
- A positive approach to problem-solving
- The flexibility to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work using own initiative within boundaries
- Computer literacy
