- We are looking for professionals with the following profile:

- Studies: Degree in law, Master in Law.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years or more in Gas & oil industry.
- Technical skills:

- Knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of corporate, labor and tax law.
- Analysis, conceptualization, and negotiation skills are required.
- English: Upper intermediate level
- Communication and fluid interaction with internal clients
- Adaptability to unknown environments
- Good customer service skills.

**Activités**
- Provide legal advice to the subsidiary customers and clients within the subsidiary in all businesses and activities.
- Analyze and advice the legal risks that arise from the activities of the subsidiary.
- Sketch and trading contracts and agreements with Headquarters.
- Support and legal consulting about tax and fiscal affairs in coordination with finance and administration management.
- Select external lawyers and consultants in coordination with Legal Affairs Manager.
- Monitor and coordinate the services provided by legal firms and external consultants for litigation, process or legal affairs of the subsidiary.
- Lead the legal aspects of the company management system principles, audits and other audits, whether internal/external arising from the operations developed
- by the subsidiary in coordination with the legal affairs Manager.
- Anticipate and alert about risk legal that can hit on the subsidiary.
- Provide legal support to the various customers subsidiary whose activities require permissions and licensing.
- Draft and negotiation of agreements with local communities required by the "Societal" department within the subsidiary.
- Meet the rules and procedures related to quality, health, safety, environment and Social Liability and the guidelines of the group.
- Prepare all the support documentation and the preventing legal actions required by the crisis cell.
- Analyze the different legal risks and solutions to protect the property and interests of the subsidiary.
- Participate in negotiations and draft agreements and contracts required by the subsidiary.
- Advise in the framework of judicial, administrative or arbitration processes, the actions to be carried out for the convenience of the subsidiary,
- for this purpose an active participation is required in the determination of strategies to achieve the stated objectives.
- Draft interpretations, summaries and reports based on the new technical and administrative applicable laws that are issued in Bolivia and
- Focus on Cost Recovery, active participation and support to Audit Management and Internal Control in order to ensure recovery. These may
- include lean projects for cost recovery optimization and others to be executed by the subsidiary.
