Our client, a leading partner within the Solar PV Market are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Officer within the after sales department for their Madrid office. As Dispatch Officer, you will be the first point of contact for key clients.
To be considered for the position of Dispatch Officer, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Technical Administration experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Organised, efficient and result oriented
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing first level troubleshooting of simple requests to improve response times
- Collecting detail information from customers, inputting this into the internal system
- Ensure the follow up of the requests with the relevant colleagues.
