**About the role**
As a **Talent Acquisition Trainee**, you’ll be part of our dynamic People Team, gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support efforts to attract, source, and engage top talent across various roles while learning the essential skills to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

**What challenges you'll be solving**
- Coordinate job postings, ensuring roles are advertised effectively across platforms.
- Support the team with employer branding initiatives, including contributing to social media content and events.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and ad-hoc tasks.

**What you’ll need ‍**
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Spanish is a big plus and any other European language is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, ATS systems, or G Suite is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in the HR field, or specifically in recruitment, will be a great advantage.

This is a trainee contract of 6 months with a possible extension of another 6 months and/or a possible permanent employment contract.
