**About the role**
- Leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through strategic planning, team development, and customer relationship management**Key Accountabilities**
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team towards achieving targets and driving results.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, build relationships, and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to think analytically, develop strategic sales plans, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong focus on achieving sales goals and delivering measurable results within specified timeframes.
- Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Understanding of business principles, financial metrics, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Flexibility to navigate in a dynamic and changing sales environment, adjust strategies, and embrace new technologies or methodologies.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Strong negotiation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Availability for travel as needed
