**About Us**:
We are an multi brand online retailer specializing in premium cannabis seeds, known for our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and industry compliance. Our mission is to offer our customers a diverse selection of top-tier genetics with seamless online shopping and reliable worldwide delivery. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with knowledge of the cannabis industry, particularly in seed retail, to oversee our operations and support our continued growth.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Logistics and Inventory Management**:

- Oversee all logistics related to the sale and delivery of cannabis seeds, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a robust and diverse seed and product catalog.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with seed suppliers and wholesalers to ensure a diverse and high-quality product selection. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives. Regularly evaluate and onboard new suppliers to keep the product catalog competitive and innovative.
- Optimize the supply chain to improve delivery times and reduce costs.

2. **E-Commerce Strategy & Platform Management**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer retention, and improve overall brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly shopping experience with high conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions, product launches, and other online campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, identifying and resolving any issues that could impact the user experience.

3. **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with state and federal regulations related to the sale of cannabis seeds.
- Stay current on industry laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to operations and strategy.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

4. **Customer Experience and Support**:

- Oversee the customer service team to ensure a high level of satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Implement processes to enhance the customer journey, from browsing to purchase to post-sale support.
- Utilize customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the online shopping experience.

5. **Team Management and Development**:

- Assist the founder in managing and developing the e-commerce and logistics teams, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management efforts to build a strong and capable team.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and logistics performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for the founder/CEO on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize e-commerce strategies and improve overall business performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 1 year in the cannabis industry, specifically in seed retail or related business.
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis industry logistics, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling e-commerce operations with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, logistics software, and data analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
