Insurance Officer

**Key Requirements**
- Successfully passed the GCE A/L examination and part full qualification from Charted Institute of Insurance SL / UK will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 06 months working experience in a reputed insurance company or handling the same role in a NBFI/ bank.
- Good computer literacy with Excellent PR skills
- Problem solving skills with good decision-making abilities.
- Age between 20-30 years.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with panel insurance companies to get the renewal notices on a timely manner and enter insurance renewals to the system.
- Entering the new business details to the lease wave system and checking the accuracy on the same.
- Follow-up all outside insurance policies and checking whether all relevant covers are included, obtain assignment letters, payment undertaking, cover notes etc.
- Handling customer inquiries related to insurance claims, no objection letters, insurance refunds, change of insurance companies, insurance cancellations of the assigned branches.
- Sending the insurance renewals to each insurance company on or before the cut-off date
- Monitoring the progress of insurance claims of the assigned branches/regions
