As a Knowledge Management Copywriter, you will be a key contributor to the Process Excellence team that sits within our Operations organization. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives within the knowledge management space and for identifying, organizing, synthesizing, and managing operational knowledge by utilizing engaging and innovative techniques.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have a key eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex concepts and processes. In partnership with the team, you will create customer and merchant facing documentation that empowers our end users to better understand Affirm products and answer servicing questions.

You have experience reviewing, writing, and structuring detailed procedural content for an external audience adhering to defined style guidelines

You're able to write about complicated things in a simple (and grammatically correct) manner

You can work with internal teams to gather feedback and make enhancements to existing content

You're able to develop a deep understanding of business, compliance and regulatory risks and incorporate preventative measures into your work

You're comfortable navigating competing demands and working simultaneously on multiple projects with varying degrees of urgency

What you'll do

Create and maintain net new knowledge articles for new products and expanded geographies

Quality check any translated documents to ensure accuracy and that the intended message is appropriately conveyed

Leverage technology to provide realistic references to our website and app, such as emulators and simulators

Create agent talking points to support operations processes

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in copywriting for external audiences, content creation, and/or other relevant areas.

Experience with fast-paced environments: you have implemented high-quality solutions quickly

Ability to act autonomously while navigating new and ambiguous business initiatives

Experience using KM & Documentation platforms such as SFDC, Zendesk, Confluence, etc.

Experience in a regulated environment within financial services, loan underwriting, credit analysis, customer service, consumer lending, personal banking, or other similar functions preferred, but not required

**Bilingual French/English a must**

**Flexibility to work Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm ET. Paid training is provided.**
