Operations Trainer

**Description**:
We are seeking a Training Assistant to closely work with our Training Manager. The training department identifies training needs and develops training plans to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical and the overall needs of the company. As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for working closely with all departments in the company, listening to their needs, and coordinating and producing the required courses accordingly.
- Since the works at OmniAccess cover a wide scope of activities, the main tasks of the job will typically include:

- Basic configuration of network equipment and satellite antennas for training use.
- Creation and maintenance of network labs and training tests or scenarios.
- Help with training guides on the company’s products and services.
- Management of metrics
- Edition of training videos.
- Support of colleagues and other departments.

**Requirements**:
**Necessary experience & qualifications**
- **Willingness to learn, test, obtain technical certifications** and participate in internal and external training courses: the training assistant must have and advanced knowledge in all OA services, products and internal procedures.
- **Vocation for transmitting knowledge: Ability to mentor and provide direction to a team of employees**:

- Ability for logical thinking and systematic troubleshooting.
- Good command of English (written & verbal).
- Good communication skills with a problem-focused attitude.
- Background in a relevant area (IT/Networking, Audiovisual, Training): University degree and/or relevant professional experience.
- Network certifications such as CCNA/CCNP will be highly valued.
- Experience on ships working as ETO or AVIT engineer.
- Experience in a teaching environment will be highly valued.
- Video edition skills.
- Affinity with vessels and the yacht world.
- Resident or citizen of an EU country, able to start immediate employment by OmniAccess in Mallorca without requiring any visa or work-permit.
