**Biddings Technician**
**Purchases and Biddings Unit**

The VHIR needs to fill a vacancy for a **Biddings** **Technician** within the **Purchases and Biddings Unit**. This Unit gives support

and manages all public procurement procedures, as well as the rest of outsourcing of services, acquisition of consumables,

purchase of equipment, or other subtypes that are necessary to acquire through research projects and clinical trials developed

at the HUVH and VHIR. It intends to manage and supervise the economic and financial resources of VHIR.***

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
- University degree in Business Administration or Public Administration and Management.** -**

Further training:

- Specialist studies in Public Procurement area.
- Accounting Direction and Management Control.

**Experience and knowledge**:
- At least 1 year of experience performing tasks within Administrative Law.

**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Public Procurement management and its different procedures (tenders, direct award, adhesion, etc.).
- Management of economic and financial variables: Accounting, Treasury, Tenders, Procurement and Purchases.
- To keep the information of public procurement and other purchases updated and accessible within a computer platform.

**Labour conditions**:
- Temporary contract (1 year, renewable)
- Full-time position (40h/week)
- Immediate incorporation
