Chief Information Officer

We are currently looking for a **Chief Information Officer (CIO)** for our Headquarters located in **Castellbisbal (Barcelona).**

**Main Tasks**:

- Managing the IT department
- Working on the digital transformation plan and projects
- Defining the short term and long term technology strategy for IT systems, people, process and budget
- Manage a team of IT specialists, assigning and coordinating the work providing overall technical leadership in a consistently expanding environment
- Manage IT projects to reach the best results on time and suiting with the company needs
- Plan, design and implement information technologies and technical support for the company
- Develop organization-wide systems & standards
- Establish strategic service provider partnerships
- Evaluation, choosen and management of the suppliers

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Universty degree
- Master is a plus
- Around 20 years of experience managing teams in international environment.
- High level of Spanish is a must, and an advanced level of English
- Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
- Adaptability to operational and technological advances
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- A flair for predictive technological analysis
- Expertise in developing IT solutions
