**Meine Aufgaben**
- Sie übernehmen die umfassende rechtliche und strategische Beratung in Fragen des Arzneimittel
- und Medizinprodukterechts mit einem Schwerpunkt auf regulatorische Fragestellungen aller Art
- Sie beraten juristisch in den Bereichen der Arzneimittelwerbung, der wettbewerbs
- und markenrechtliche Beurteilung von Produkten und Marketingmaterialien
- Sie sind zuständig für die Vertragsrechtliche Beratung, insbesondere der Gestaltung und Prüfung von Vertriebs-, Herstellungs
- und Lizenzverträge
- Sie verantworten die Bearbeitung von zivil-, gesellschafts
- und verwaltungsrechtlicher Fragestellungen
- Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation und Interaktion mit zuständigen Behörden
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Compliance-Bereich zusammen

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Sie greifen auf ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften in Deutschland (ein erfolgreicher Abschluss des Staatsexamens ist nicht erforderlich)
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse des Pharmasektors (insbesondere zu Regulierungen) entweder über eine spezifische Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung
- Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung in einer auf Medizinrecht spezialisierten Anwaltskanzlei oder als Syndikusanwalt in einem Pharmaunternehmen
- Sie haben Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld gesammelt
- Sie sind die Arbeit in einem multinationalen und multidisziplinären Team gewohnt
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Gehaltsinformationen**
- Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung liegt das Bruttojahreszielgehalt zwischen 85.000 € und 130.000 €.
