Reservations Job offer June 2023 for 32 hours per week

We are a health and wellbeing retreat located in the quiet seaside town of Albir, near Alicante. We offer guests from all over the world a superb all-inclusive retreat experience in our quiet and welcoming centre. Our retreat offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through our programme of activities that include yoga, life makeover workshops, meditation, rebounding and more, combined with tasty nutritious plant-based food and juices.

- Team player who has excellent open written and oral communication skills, with work colleagues and retreat guests.
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands during busy periods
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to follow well established systems and processes to ensure efficiency across the business and entire reservations team
- Superb attention to detail with communication and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively, including responding to enquiries and bookings in a timely manner
- Ability to concentrate on the task at hand, without being easily distracted
- Ambition to develop management and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
- Understands the requirements of working to the highest standards as part of a busy team

Previous experience/knowledge required:

- 1+ years previous reservations and experience in a hotel or retreat
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems is required.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and English
- Fluent in English
- Preferable to have university degree/further education qualifications
