**Descripción**:
Como parte de un equipo pequeño, apasionado y consumado, será responsable de todos los aspectos del diseño de ingeniería de la etapa, el desarrollo, la producción de apoyo, la prueba integrada, la prueba combinada y la cualificación para la primera etapa MIURA 5.

**Responsabilidades**:

- zDiseño, construcción y prueba de los sistemas y componentes de la primera etapa del vehículo de lanzamiento MIURA 5.
- Propietario y proveedor de apoyo para el desarrollo de componentes críticos de la etapa, tanto internos como subcontratados.
- Participar en el diseño y análisis para el desarrollo de la etapa.
- Participar y asumir compromisos de ingeniería para la etapa.
- Participar y dirigir el desarrollo e implementación de CONOPS.
- Participar en actividades de pruebas, revisiones y proporcionar especificaciones operativas para el desarrollo de la fase.
- Participar en las revisiones de preparación de pruebas de subsistemas, incluida la revisión de datos del motor, la revisión de datos de estructuras, la revisión de datos de aviónica y la revisión de datos de finalización de vuelo.
- Participar en las revisiones de las pruebas integradas de las fases y en las revisiones de las pruebas de aceptación.
- Participar en la revisión de la preparación para el vuelo y en la revisión de los datos posteriores al vuelo.
- Desarrollar documentación para la ingeniería de subsistemas, incluyendo planes de prueba, procedimientos de prueba y revisiones formales para las autoridades de lanzamiento.
- Responsable de informar del estado general del programa y de los puntos críticos a la dirección del programa, a los directores ejecutivos y al departamento de subsistemas para su alineación.
- Garantizar que se realizan y revisan análisis mecánicos detallados de todos los componentes/sistemas del subsistema del vehículo y que cumplen las normas exigidas para los objetivos de vida útil y fiabilidad.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la fase y del subsistema.
- Evaluar las condiciones de los productos no conformes analizando, desarrollando y proporcionando disposiciones escritas para las discrepancias de desarrollo, producción, prueba y postproducción teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de diseño, seguridad, calidad, coste y calendario.
- Coordinar y mantener relaciones con los proveedores.
- Redactar, revisar y actualizar instrucciones de trabajo para el montaje, la manipulación y la inspección de conjuntos de turbobombas.
- Identificar modificaciones de diseño y/o proceso para mejorar el rendimiento, la fiabilidad, la fabricabilidad y el montaje.
- Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Licenciatura en ingeniería
- 5 años de experiência en el diseño de componentes de turbomaquinaria, motores de primera etapa o hardware de etapa relevante/equivalente.

**Competencias requeridas**:

- Imprescindible dominio del inglés.
- Experiência con software comercial de análisis (estructural y de fluidos).
- Experiência con adquisición de datos a alta velocidad e instrumentación mediante acelerómetros y sensores de presión/temperatura.
- Revisión y mantenimiento de documentación de ingeniería, incluidos modelos de ingeniería y planos de modelos de configuraciones de subsistemas según diseño, según construcción y según pruebas.
- Experiência en el posprocesamiento de datos para evaluar la salud, el rendimiento y los fenómenos asociados de los subsistemas de la plataforma.
- Búsqueda de proveedores de componentes de la plataforma, como válvulas, COPV, sensores, actuadores, tubos y tuberías.
- Experiência en uno o más de los siguientes aspectos
- Diseño mecánico de subsistemas de vehículos de lanzamiento
- Pruebas con adquisición de datos de alta velocidad.
- Diseño de motores
- Diseño de estructuras
- Diseño de aviónica
- Implementación de CONOPS.
- Implementación de planes y procedimientos de prueba.
- Fabricación / producibilidad del hardware del vehículo de lanzamiento.
- Experiência con fluidos criogénicos y líneas de gas de alta presión.

**Competencias deseadas**:

- Son muy deseables conocimientos específicos del sector espacial, vehículos espaciales y lanzadores, recipientes a presión metálicos, COPV y estructuras de carga útil.
- Conocimientos de programas CAD 3D (preferiblemente NX).
- Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis FEA (preferiblemente ANSYS).
- Conocimientos en análisis CFD y códigos de flujo de red.
- Ser una persona multitarea con un fuerte sentido de la responsabilidad, integridad y enfoque de equipo.
- Apasionado y creativo solucionador de problemas que prospera en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
