We are looking for our new Marketing Automation Director who will play a key role in our team. We imagine you as a top talent oriented to innovation, data & technology. As our new Marketing Automation head, you'll work together with our team to design 360 MA & CRM global strategies. You'll also be responsible for coordinating a growing team of 4 people.

What you will be doing
- Develop a Marketing Automation & CRM Strategy for a global initiative in several countries
- Coordinate the team on the day-to-day of our marketing automation platform for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs (but you need to be hands on too)
- Manage client relationship and expectations regarding the Marketing Automation Services
- Grow the department by growing marketing automation organic business
- Ensure successful Hubspot to Salesforce Marketing Hub migration
- Monitoring active marketing automation and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
- Maintain and report all campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation and ROI
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals
- Support on testing and quality assurance on all CRM campaigns (ongoing and to be delivered)
- Propose continuous improvement of current flows and future campaigns
- Develop A/B testing for specific campaigns that will have a high impact on the Marketing Automation department
- Help monitor campaign performance and alert relevant marketing leads regarding anomalies or performance issues
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the marketing database

You will rock as this role if you have
- Degree in engineering, economics, marketing or digital marketing
- 5+ years of professional experience working with CRM, marketing automation systems or database management
- A very creative mindset and is an analytical thinker
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent organizational skills and team player with soft skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Fast and continuous learner-oriented to innovation
- Passionate about marketing automation, the user journey, and lead nurturing
- Proficiency level of English; other languages would be a plus
