**What you’ll do**
- Achieve the recovery objective, gross revenue and margin defined for the portfolios under your management. Forecast and financial planning.
- Define and implement recovery strategies that allow the maximization of portfolio performance.
- Execute strategies and actions based on performance data, results of Champion-Challenger strategies and ad-hoc analysis.
- Coordinate, align actions and seek joint objectives with the DCAs and Analysis teams.
- Clear and regular communication with our clients, reporting the results and main variables that are impacting the results.
- Performance monitoring that allows the anticipation and adjustment of collections strategies.
- Lead the onboarding of new clients.
- Evaluate, prepare and present commercial proposals to new clients.

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's Degree in Studies with a high quantitative component (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, etc).
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
