**Marketing and Events Coordinator**

**Company Overview**:
Live Further is a 10-year-old co-living business located in the city center of Barcelona. We hosted about 1000 customers from all over the world who came to Barcelona to study or work.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Media Management**:

- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
- Monitor social media platforms, interact with users, and respond to inquiries and comments.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing data from marketing campaigns and events to provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Help maintain accurate records related to marketing initiatives.
- **Event Logistics**:

- Lead the planning and coordination of our social events, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure events run smoothly and meet predefined objectives.
- **Operational support**:

- Assist with resident check-ins and check-outs, particularly during high season, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Run errands related to the upkeep of coliving spaces.

**What are we looking for?**
- 3-months trial part time, later indefinite full time contract
- Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus.
- Education and experience related to Marketing, Communications or Event Management.
- Understanding of marketing principles and event coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly self-motivated
- Willingness to learn, adapt, come up with new ideas and improvements
- Organized, responsible and independent while working in a team environment
- User of Canva or similar graphic design tool.
