- Certificados: Informática / microinformática / HW y SW / Sistemas Operativos
**Your Tasks**:
Como técnico de Hemmersbach, harás felices a los usuarios finales de empresas de renombre cada día gracias a tu comportamiento amable y competente. El contacto directo con el cliente con diversas necesidades en el ámbito de nível 2:
- Ayudarás a los usuarios con sus problemas y peticiones, poniendo una sonrisa en sus caras.
- Analizarás los errores, mantendrás el hardware, montarás/desmontarás estaciones de trabajo, instalarás y configurarás nuevo software (IMACD) y gestionarás las cuentas de usuario a través de Active Directory.
- Registrarás tu planteamiento y tu solución a los problemas en un sistema de tickets.
- Resolución de incidencias de los técnicos de microinformática, registrando y controlando las mismas en herramientas de ticketing.
- Soporte local a técnicos residentes y remoto al resto de sedes del Grupo Corporativo, según demanda. - Deployment
- actualización de hardware.
- Soporte "manos y ojos" / "manos inteligentes".
- Interacción con proveedores de servicios externos.
- Asistencia a conferencias telefónicas semanales con el equipo internacional (en inglés).
- Control y gestión del inventario actualizado mensualmente.
