**Electrification Sustainability Internship Program/ HR Operations Intern**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define, align and continuously improve a customer-focused Employee Wellbeing strategy based on the global / regional / local requirements.
- Analysis of existing local and regional initiatives, both internal and external trends, in conjunction with local legislation.
- Review organizational effectiveness, and report.
- Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees.
- Support internal customer and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.
- Responsible for on-time/on-margin project execution and to deliver project on budget.

**Your background**:

- Last-year student in Human Resources, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of storytelling and the Electrical Industry market
- Strong analytical skills and global mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
