**Head of Digital Product** within TUI Musement, you will oversee the successful discovery and development of our digital products for your domain, solving user needs and achieving business value aligned to our company goals. You will ensure that your domain is able to effectively understand user & business needs and work with your Head of Digital Product colleagues, Product Design and Technology to unlock value aligned to the company and Digital Product strategy, working horizontally and vertically. You will drive our culture and develop our people into an industry leading team whilst effectively managing the demands of our business..

**ABOUT THE JOB**- Product Vision and Strategy: Creating and aligning your domain and product strategies with the Digital Product Strategy and company goals-
- Product Roadmaps and Release Management: Overseeing the development and launch of new products or features within your domain-
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of PM Team Leads and ensuring they have the necessary resources to build, coach, manage and retain a high performance team-
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams across business and technology to deliver successful product launches and evolutions-
- Effective Communication: Storytelling and communication from company to product strategy into execution across all levels and audience of the company**ABOUT YOU**- Strong demonstrated experience in leading multiple successful Digital Product Management teams from strategy into execution-
- An effective communicator that can story tell and engage various audiences in a multi-channel, multi-brand, multi-product ecosystem-
- A relationship builder who can engage and build successful collaborations across the business-
- Solid expertise in business understanding, road mapping, project management and product management with a strong product mindset-
