**Role Summary / Purpose**:
HaslerRail AG continues the Swiss tradition of over 100 years in the field of railway technology. We are a leader in the development and manufacturing of electrical engineering equipment for public transport. **Your Mission**:

- Requirements management for creating the System Specification
- Technical interface with the customer and internal employees
- Generates and manages the technical project documentation and deliverables.
- Makes the configurations for the projects being developed.
- Is responsible for the correct configuration control of the project, for both Hardware and Software.
- Defines test equipment and tooling requirements and ensure their timely availability.
- Specifies and executes system tests according to the project requirements
- Supports the technical work of the other engineers in the project team
- Supports the customer in case of technical questions and problems during the customer project
- Performs the commissioning and training of the Customer
- Perform and/or monitor tests and perform real-time analysis of test results.

Release test analysis & correlation reports after test completion.
- Supports the Solution Architect during the bid phase (CbC, technical documentation)

**Your Profile**:
Qualifications and skills:

- University degree in electrical or electronic engineering or similar disciplines
- Strong system analysis skills.
- Definition and traceability of requirements
- Planning and organization of integration, verification and validation.
- Capability to read and understand drawings and schematics
- Ability to analyse and detect malfunctions and bugs
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-language environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate issues clearly to both business and technology professionals.
- Availability for short-term travel (2 - 10 days per month) as needed.
- The will to learn and develop
- Positive attitude, commitment and teamwork.
- English Communication Skills are excellent, both written and spoken
- German is a valuable asset for the position
