**About Smart Protection**

At Smart Protection we fight the piracy of audiovisual content and product counterfeiting on the internet. We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.

We do it in a three-phase process: We capture large amounts of information online (big data), analyze it to identify violations (machine learning) and eliminate them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts them. In this way, we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients' sales and on the reputation of their brand.

**Enforcement Analyst Trainee,**

We are currently looking for an analytical, structured and curious Enforcement Analyst Trainee with a strong interest in new technologies.

**What will you do?**

To aplicate the main international regulations on intellectual and industrial property rights on the Internet, specifically:

- Sending complaint forms through the different Intellectual Property platforms, as well as, follow-up of the communications sent.
- Updating of documents related to the services (use of office package).
- Updating and follow-up of the documentation associated with the intellectual and industrial property rights of the clients we serve.
- Use of the internal tool for the management of infringement files, verification of the status of claims and update of statuses.
- Digital certification of infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights located on the Internet.

**What You Will Need**
- Studies: Law Degree. ADE.
- Curiosity and interest in tech and the internet
- Adaptability to change
- Technical knowledge: Internet and Social Media, Information systems, Advanced filters
- Competencies: Analytical thinking, Teamwork, Flexibility, Open mind
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- ** Languages**:Fluent english
