Actualmente estamos buscando un perfil de Becario/a para nuestro departamento **Transformation & Operational Excellence.**

Nuestro objetivo es formar a los profesionales del futuro desde la práctica y la realidad de la profesión para que la persona que se incorpore adquiera los conocimientos necesarios para su posterior incorporación al mercado laboral.

En **Noatum **aprenderás cómo se lleva a cabo el proceso de Data Analytics, informes y estudios de mercado del sector marítimo, así como tener una visión global del área de mejora continua.
- Bajo la supervisión de tu tutor/a, participarás en las siguientes tareas:

- Colaboración en el análisis de datos de todos los puertos de los 5 países en los que trabajamos, así como sobre los buques que se gestionan.
- Soporte en la producción de reports y en el análisis de nuestra cuota de mercado (market share).
- Aprender cómo se lleva a cabo la implantación y análisis de diferentes procesos de negocio.
- Aprender cómo se gestionan diferentes proyectos en fases de formación e implementación.

**Requisitos**:

- Se valorará conocimiento en Data Analysis o programación (básica).
- Conocimiento en Excel (medio) y Power BI (se valorará positivamente).
- El perfil corresponde a una persona que estudie Grado en Estadística, Matemáticas, ADE, Data Analysis o similar.
- Buen nível de Inglés oral y escrito (mín nível B2)
- Persona curiosa, con muchas ganas de aprender y a la que le guste trabajar con números. Que sea organizada, con atención al detalle y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
- Imprescindible poder formalizar convenio de prácticas.
