Indirects Assc Manager Mro

Overview:
This Category Buying role for the MRO and Capital Team will be responsible for execution of strategic plans from both categories across Europe. The role assures that year on year AOP targets are achieved by utilizing a best in class procurement approach supporting our Pep+ agenda. As project manager you will be responsible for executing regional tenders and negotiations as well as providing project management services for 31 countries

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Sourcing and Productivity projects across Capital and MRO categories
- Leverage category knowledge to contribute actively to achievement of business objectives
- Develop mid-term and long-term productivity pipeline
- Implement Supplier Relationship Management
- Establish and develop mutually beneficial relationships/partnerships with selected suppliers
- Develop and share best practices via effective networking throughout Europe region as well as globally
- Draw up cost and price forecasts, manage and monitor purchasing performance in accordance with PepsiCo policies and guidelines
- Track, report and capture value delivered in market P&Ls
- Ensure correct execution and documentation of controls
- Build sourcing strategy proposals to leverage GBS partnership
- Manage Capital & MRO SharePoint sites

Qualifications:

- University degree from a relevant field
- Technical knowledge and experience working in procurement of at least 5 years
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations as well as managing Global COE, CTS Sr Leaders, plant Leads
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote, cross-functional team and external partners
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels
- Fluency in English skills
